Two 2,200-square-foot condominiums have replaced a 600-square-foot single family residence demolished earlier this year. Both units at 3435 and 3445 NE 51st Avenue, each with four bedrooms and three and one-half baths, are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Alex Kruger, PDX Property Group Listing Manager at Keller Williams Realty Professionals, told the Hollywood Star News that each condo should list for between $800,000 and $850,000. Constructed of near commercial grade concrete and steel, the two-story building housing both units has basement level, single-car garages and rooftop patios.
Kruger said it didn’t take long for interest in the properties to build, “We’ve had a good deal of interest thus far after the sign went up over the last couple of weeks,” he said.
